Hi, I’m Stephanie.

I’m glad you’re here.

A young woman with long brown hair and blue eyes smiling outdoors near a body of water.

I am currently practicing in both Florida and Colorado. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. I often work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and challenges in communication or self-esteem.

I use a person-centered approach while utilizing components from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness based techniques. I also incorporate art therapy to provide creative outlets for self-expression.

New to therapy? Been here before? Either way, you’re welcome. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you navigate what’s next with compassion, humor, and practical tools. Message me to discuss how I can help fit therapy into your schedule.
